Join your cross country team for Saturday fun runs around the city!!
All skill levels welcome
Plan for 60-90 minutes, about 3-5 miles in addition to warm-up and cool-downs
Anyone interested in running with the cross country team, learning more about the team, or getting into shape is invited.
–March 11 at 11:00 a.m.–March 25 at 10:30 a.m.–April 8 at 11:00 a.m.–April 22 at 10:30 a.m.–May 6 at 11:00 a.m.
-Meet in the University Center Fitness Studio (L205) – take the service elevator to L2 or the main staircase down to L1, then stairwell A1 down to L2
-Wear running shoes and weather appropriate workout attire
-Bring a water bottle and TNS ID card
-We will be running to the West Side Highway and along the running path (unless the group wants to do track workout then we might go to the East River but just put the West Side Highway for flyer purposes)
-Please show up 5-10 minutes prior to the start time the day of
